To commemorate a previous site renovation in the spring of 2001, the Tour began testing the use of whole image galleries on display for each Doctor.  The result, and feedback, was so heartening that the Tour as a whole has moved to a permanent display format.  

The Doctor presented here is Peter Davison, whose era was dominated by continuity and a plethora of companions.  All in all a mixed bag, with Davison only really seeming to find his feet, by his own admission, in his third and final season.
